Krisztián Józsa · I write about the work I’m actually doing.
I build small tools,
try things that might not work,
and share what I learn along the way.
Some of it’s about sales. Some is about personal habits. Some is about tech I find genuinely useful. It’s all stuff I’ve tested myself, not theory.
Questions I’m following
I don’t start with answers.
I start with a question I can’t stop poking at.
Here are the ones on my mind right now. Pick one and see where it’s taken me.

A working principle
What should a good tool
actually do?
It just gets the clutter out of the way. I’m not trying to automate every step. I want the important ones to stand out, so the person actually making the call still has to make it.

A small team was rebuilding
the same context again and again.
Sales Assist began with that very practical problem.

Sales Assist
Feed it one structured prospect record, and it drafts a first pass at an offer, a presentation, and a contract. Everything is ready to be checked and adjusted, not sent as-is.
What I learned building it: nobody wants a machine writing their final draft. They want to stop staring at a blank page. The judgment still has to come from the person doing the deal.

The person behind the questions
I ask a lot of questions,
then I like to build the answer.
I’m Krisztián, and I live in Cluj-Napoca. Years of customer support work in financial software taught me to slow down before jumping to a fix. I try to understand what’s going on before I try to solve it.
Away from the desk, you’ll find me cycling, hiking, reading, or just noticing the small things that make a place, or a system, feel like someone actually cared about it.

Stuck on something
worth talking through?
Whether it’s a customer problem, a workflow that’s not quite clicking, or figuring out where AI actually helps, I’d like to hear about it.
